11. Nullity and invalidity of the clauses.

If any of the clauses provided within these General Conditions is declared totally or partially null or void, such nullity or invalidity shall only affect such provisions or part of them that is null or invalid, the rest of the General Conditions remaining in force in all other aspects and such provision or part thereof that is affected shall be deemed as not included herein, barring, when essential to the present General Conditions, they are affected in their entirety.
