Conditions
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction. These General Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. For any dispute deriving from the existence, access, use or content of the General Conditions, both the Customer and MINIT, with express waiver of any other applicable jurisdiction that might correspond to them, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and competency of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. MINIT is at the disposal of all Users to improve the contents and services of the Portal. If you have any suggestions or proposals, do not hesitate to contact the MINIT Customer Services department by phoning 93 474 27 38 or via e-mail to atencion.cliente@minit.es. In compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (Spanish LOPD), Users expressly authorise MINIT to convey their personal data to the other companies that belong to the same business Group and all entities and suppliers with which MINIT reaches commercial agreements so that they may use them exclusively in compliance with the contracted services and commercial ends. Users also give their express consent for us to convey their date to the addressees and according to the terms and conditions outlined above, in any country in the world, even if it does not provide a degree of protection on a similar level to that of the Data Protection Act (LOPD). Such authorisation may be revoked at any time without retroactive effects. Finally, MINIT nforms Users that in the event that Users provide the personal data of third parties, MINIT , in compliance with the provisions of article 5.4. of the Data Protection Act (LOPD), shall inform said third parties, within the three months following the time when their data are registered, as to the contents of the data facilitated, their source, as to the existence and purpose of the file in which their data are stored, the possibility of exercising their rights to access, rectify, cancel and contest, as well as the distinctive data of MINIT. |
