3. Special conditions governing the services of the portal.

Access to and use of the services supplied by MINIT via the Portal shall include the right of the Users, in the conditions specified for each specific case, to receive or use one or more of the following services:

3.1. Work with Us:

Via this service, Users may get access to and consult, free of charge, an employment section containing job offers posted by MINIT related to its activities. Nonetheless, MINIT shall not act, at any time, as an employment or temping agency, merely disseminating the job offers it disposes of at any time, solely and exclusively in relation with MINIT and companies in Grupo MINIT.

MINIT hereby informs that the sole purpose of job offers that appear in the employment section is to inform any users that may be interested in them. To this end, neither the job offers that appear on the Portal nor access thereto by users shall be construed as being an employment commitment or relationship, either of a pre-contractual or a contractual nature, between the user and MINIT.

Job offers supplied by MINIT via the Portal may be withdrawn at its discretion, either as a result of having been filled or simply withdrawing the offer.

3.2. Locater of centres:

By using this service, Users may consult, free of charge, a list of the MINIT stores the company has in Spain, Andorra and Portugal, either province by province or by municipal district, including detailed information of the services, addresses and telephone numbers of said stores.

3.3 MINIT Products:

The MINIT products service offers Users the chance to consult the catalogue of MINIT products on offer to its customers in the virtual store, free of charge, via different search engines.

Each product includes a detailed description of its characteristics, as well as a photograph of it. Both the texts and the images to which access may be gained via this service are for merely information purposes and at no time shall they be construed to bind MINIT. Users accept and exonerate MINIT form all liability with regard to any typographic or design error that may appear in the texts or images supplied and that may have a direct or an indirect consequence for Users, leading them to error or mistake with regard to the contents or characteristics of said products.

All proposals made by MINIT in this field are solely for the purposes of information and dissemination. Thus, neither the texts nor images contained in said section shall either bind or commit the User or MINIT, and neither shall the latter guarantee their accuracy. All texts and images to which access may be gained through this section are protected by intellectual property laws and are subject to the stipulations of these General Conditions.

MINIT reserves the right at all times to include new contents in its service as well as modify or remove existing ones at any moment it considers opportune for the benefit of its customers or the Users of the Portal.

3.4. We want to hear from you:

In the section called We want to hear from you, Users can express their opinions concerning MINIT and MINIT roducts, the Portal, or any current question put at the sole criteria of MINIT.

Answers provided by the Users shall be given by clicking on the options 'YES' or 'NO' that appear on screen as well as a space reserved for users to write their opinions, complaints or remarks of any kind freely. The anonymity of the answers shall be determined by the users, that is to say, they shall decide whether or not to include their personal details since, depending on what the text refers to, the user shall expect a reply from the company.
