4. Data of a personal nature.

MINIT upholds a confidentiality policy concerning the data provided by its customers and is committed to protecting the personal details of the Users of the Portal. Data protection covers everything related with the collection and use of information provided via the Portal.

To this end, MINIT guarantees, in the terms established by Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), that it shall process your personal data confidentially and that the server where they are stored and processed has the necessary security measures implemented in order to avoid access to such data by unauthorised third parties. To this effect, MINIT ensures that it has adopted technical and organisational security measures at its premises, in its systems and files, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June, passing the Security Measures applicable to Automated Files containing Data of a Personal Nature and other implementing regulations. Notwithstanding the above, MINIT may disclose to the competent public authorities the data of a personal nature and any other information in its power via its computer systems when so required to do in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable in each case.
