5. Disclosures and guarantees of a general nature.

MINIT discloses and guarantees that the Portal disposes of the necessary technology (software and hardware), to date, for access to and use thereof. However, MINIT shall not guarantee the possible existence of viruses or other harmful elements, introduced by any means or by any third party, which may give rise to alterations to the User’s computer systems.

Users accept that the Portal has been created and developed in good faith by MINIT with information coming from internal and external sources which it offers in its current state to Users, perhaps containing inexact information or errors. Thus, the User shall exonerate MINIT from any liability with regard to the reliability, usefulness or false expectations that the Portal may give rise to when navigating on it.

For their part, Users guarantee that any activities done by them via the Portal shall be in keeping with the law, morals, public order, good practices and under no circumstances shall they be offensive to the good name and commercial image of MINIT, companies of the MINIT Group, other Users of the Portal or third parties.

For their part, Users shall not hinder the smooth running of the Portal in any way whatsoever and, especially, they shall not unduly overload the band widths or any other technical element susceptible to damage, shall not transmit to the Portal or through it any element susceptible to containing a computer virus or other element susceptible to harming, intercepting or interfering totally or partially with the Portal.
