Also, MINIT shall remain exempt from providing any guarantees, whether explicit or implicit, including, among others, implicit guarantees of suitability for a certain specific purpose. MINIT shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the interruption of service by the Portal or its continuity. Also, MINIT shall not be held responsible for any possible security errors or deficiencies that may arise due to the use, by Users, of a non-updated or insecure navigator.
