7. Links or hyperlinks with the portal.

Users or the owners of other websites who wish to create a hyperlink (hereinafter link) with the Portal shall ensure and be committed to MINIT rules governing links on the Net.

Such rules consist of (1) not establishing links to pages or subpages other than the MINIThome page, (2) not including false, inexact, incorrect statements together with the link that may lead to error or that go against the law, morals or good practices; (3) not including any trademark susceptible to protection other than the URL address of the Portal, (4) not establishing links with pages containing statements or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, that defend terrorism or undermine human rights and that, in general, may jeopardise the good commercial name or the image of MINIT, the companies of the MINIT Group or its customers in any way.

The inclusion of links with other websites shall not imply that MINIT promotes, backs, guarantees or recommends the contents of said portals or websites. For its part, the Portal may contain links with other portals or websites that are not managed by MINIT. MINIT does not have any control whatsoever over such portals or websites and neither is it responsible for their contents. The links included in the Portal are offered solely for the purposes of information and have no kind of evaluation of the contents, owners, services or products offered by them.
