9. Force majeure.

For the purposes of these General Conditions, force majeure shall be understood to include but not be limited to, (1) any non-culpable event that could not have been foreseen, or which, if foreseen were unavoidable, (2) faults in the access to different web pages, (3) faults in the electric or phone supply, (4) damages caused by third parties or attacks on the Portal server (virus) affecting the quality of the services and that cannot be attributed either to MINIT or the User, (5) faults in the transmission, dissemination, storage or provision to third parties of the databases and other contents of the Portal and, (6) the problems and errors in receiving, obtaining or accessing the Portal or services by said third parties.
