Training

Everyone who decides to join Grupo MINIT must go through a selection and training process at our headquarters in Barcelona:

• Intensive professional course lasting between 4 and 5 weeks, depending on the aptitudes of each candidate.
• The costs of the training, materials, board and lodging are covered by Grupo MINIT.
• During the course, the candidates will be covered by medical and accident insurance.

And then what?

Once you have passed the selection and training process, we offer you an employment contract to start to work at one of our stores:

• Permanent contract of employment.
• Mondays to Saturdays (40h a week), in morning and afternoon shifts, rotating weekly.
• Fixed + Variable salary.
• 14 payments a year.
• 30 calendar days holiday a year.
